On 19/02/2015, patent application no. VA2015000004 TITLE: INFLATABLE PROTECTION SYSTEM was filed at the Patent and Trademark Office of the Varese Chamber of Commerce; this identifies: the definition of the logic for operation of the patent device, the definition of the fields of application, the definition of the construction materials, the definition of the application components and their possible developments. On 30 May 2017, Patent no. 0001428743 was issued by the Italian Ministry for Economic Development, Patent and Trademark Office.
On 11 February 2016, the PCT International Patent Application no. PCT/IB2016/050717 was filed at the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
On 20 November 2020, the patent application for an INFLATABLE SAFETY DEVICE AND RELATED TRIGGERING METHOD was filed; this was then issued on 25 November 2022 under number 102020000027867
